Splitting one big dysfunctional bathroom into two beatiful bathrooms by creating one en-suite and one main bathroom YES, THIS IS THE SAME AREA!!! In this project, our main task was to add another toilet. We added plumbing on the floor below, and added a drywall bulkhead over the plumbing. Then re-positioned all the balance of the plumbing. Then, took some sqft from the bedroom closet, and added a center wall in the room, After that, two normal bathroom renovations, and VOILA! This project took us 3 weeks to complete.

Large basement bathroom addition This bathroom was created by joining together a closet, a standard bathroom, and a 70's wet bar area. We created a wet room area on one side for the shower/tub area, with a practical bench on the side. A low threshold contains the water in this area. Check out the invisible drain under the shower head! Our client made the live edge table, which we hooked up as their vanity. Not counting the vanity, but including materials and labour, this job came in at about $16-$17K.

Dividing one room into three including adding a beautiful bathroom in the basement In this project, the client wanted an invisible drain in the shower. We provided the layout diagrams and all schematics needed to proceed with construction (No architect or engineer fees required). Please look closely at the beautiful alcove!!!
